AIT Introduction

Apollo Institute of Technology (AIT) is an Autonomous College affiliated to Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam University (AKTU), Lucknow, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).College was established in 2008 and has consistently improved its ranking in terms of results and placements. It is known for its linkage with industry and institutes of national significance. Spread over 35 acres, lush green and aesthetically built campus offers ideal environment to students to unlock their potential to become highly successful professionals.
Training and Placement
Training and Placement Department looks after Career Development and Placement activities. Since inception, leading companies have been visiting on a regular basis. Some of the industry’s giants such as TCS, Wipro, IBM. Accenture, Cognizant Technology, Infosys, Tech Mahindra Ltd and various other companies have visited the institute at a regular interval.
AIT has always been given the first preference for premier corporate to acquire fresh talent. Even with increasing enrollment year after year, we are happy to secure almost placements for students with attractive packages.
Canteen
The college is equipped with a fully functional vegetarian canteen to serve hygienically prepared food to the staff and students.
Hostel
We have separate hostel for boys and girls. The hostels can accommodate 500 boys and 200 girls. Single room accommodation is given to the final year and PG students. They are also permitted to use their own laptops in their rooms. A subsidized mess is also operative in the campus for hostellers. Facility for mess is available for boys and girls separately. The mess is spacious with a dining hall and kitchen.
Health Centre
The Health Centre is well-equipped. centre provides quality health care in a comfortable and confidential environment. The health centre is manned by a medical officer and a healthcare assistant to provide excellent medical care to all the students, staff and faculty. Also, vaccinations and yearly checks ups are done.
Security
Round-the clock security provides a safe learning environment by protecting the students, staff and physical assets, while encouraging positive behavior that fosters academic excellence.
Wi-Fi Facility
AITians can avail free internet facility, as campus has dedicated leased line internet connectivity. Wi-Fi connection is in entire campus (including hostels, cafeteria, seminar halls, auditorium etc.)

AITians can have their own log-ins, where they can avail the information regarding their own curriculum such as Time-table, Attendance Graph, Internal and External Exams, Class Tests, Assignments, Score Graph, Placement Drives, SDP Sessions, Campus News etc.

Fleet of buses are available from all the corners of Kanpur City with GPRS tracking facilities.
